Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answer the phone, take reservations, and take takeout orders.
- Use of Delivery and Take Out tablets to accept orders and computer system to ring them in to the kitchen.
- Coordinate take out and delivery orders, organizing all completed orders and bringing to guests and delivery drivers.
- Work with manager on the floor to ensure the proper quote time for orders to be ready.
- Ensure restrooms and the host stand are clean, stocked and organized.
- Interacts with guests to ensure positive take out experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbally interacts with management, servers, team members and guests.)
- Basic reading skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- High level of sanitation and cleanliness.
- Ability to work well with others and independently.
- Ability to organize and multi-task
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is an hourly paid position. Days and hours of work vary according to business hours and job requirements. Business operates seven (7) days a week; and hours start as early as 4 PM and can go as late as 10 PM depending on the work required.
